邂逅午后 释放激情—西外幼儿园英语教研组团队活动
Xiwai International Kindergarten held a wonderful teambuilding event for the foreign staff and Tas on Oct.10th. The teambuilding was a pleasant surprise and a perfect escape from our many daily duties. And best of all, we were able to have some fun together as a team!
We participated in a relay race. We chose tags and were placed into teams, and right away the competitive spirit came out in all of us. Teams immediately started showing support and encouraging each other to do their best.
We went out on the sports field, started speaking strategy and then found our different spots on the track. Some of us were nervous about the shoes we were wearing, or the fact that we hadn’t run in ages, but we decided we were going to give it our best shot. We ran as best we could, and two rounds helped to decide on finalists. Both teams gave is their best, but ‘Team Africa’ took the gold.
This kind of team building really brings out the best in the staff, and helps them approach their work with a real passion! We are all winners!
都说幼儿园教师是阳光下最灿烂的职业，其实也是最操心、最琐碎的职业。老师们每天早早地赶到幼儿园，为孩子们准备晨间运动器械及各类活动教具，生活、游戏、运动、学习每个板块都不可缺，就连孩子们午休时间老师抓紧时间参加各类的教研组学习活动，目的不断提升专业素养，我们所做一切都是为了孩子……老师们容易忽略自己的身体健康。
这学期，西外幼儿园英语组为了改善老师们的身体素质并培养团队合作精神，我们尝试着在教研会议里加入运动的元素，使老师们可以劳逸结合，既锻炼了身体又在各种活动中碰撞出新的火花。
2016年10月10日，在灿烂的阳光下，老师们走出教室，在我们西外的大操场上，进行了一次别开生面的4*100米接力跑比赛。中方老师和外方老师进行了混合编组，以抽签的方式决定道次和顺序。虽然老师们平时因为繁忙的工作，锻炼身体的机会并不多，但这并不影响他们的热情。从发令枪响的那一刻开始，每一个参与此次活动的老师都积极主动，无论是奔跑还是助威，无论是比赛还是和队友配合，老师们都享受着这一刻的精彩。人人都是活动的参与者，也是精彩的缔造者，更是团队的凝聚者。
比赛有输赢，情谊无比较。在中外方老师共同的参与下，英语组的第一次新尝试开启了西外幼儿园学习型团队教研活动的新篇章。创新是西外人一直坚持的一种品质，今后我们也就开展更多有意义的教研活动，来提高老师们的活力和凝聚力，从而更好地为孩子和家长服务。
